Aquavolve’s Founder and CEO earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Trinity College in Hartford, CT where his colorful Varsity Football Captaincy provided priceless insight on team building, motivation, and goal attainment. Dan is a previous member of the RoundTable Healthcare Partners companies Vanguard Medical Concepts and Ascent Healthcare Solutions, as well as Stryker Sustainability Solutions where he drove consistent and dramatic sales increases year after year. A native of Oneonta, NY Dan now resides in the Boston suburb of Melrose, MA.

Chris Mancini and Dan Konstanty’s friendship started over 30 years ago while playing together on a Little League All Star team in Fairfield, CT. From that day forward their relationship has evolved through lessons learned competing together on the fields of sport and life. Although college and work would take them to different parts of the world communication was never lost. Mr. Mancini earned his BA in Psychology from Plymouth State University and after a short stint playing professional basesball in Europe he returned to the USA to start his own contracting business. Running his own commercial and residential painting company, while successful and rewarding in some ways, left Chris uninspired and searching for more out of life than just a paycheck. Ultimately, he discovered his true calling with the help of a professional career councilor and some serious introspection.
Love of travel, history, culture, communication and people led Mr. Mancini to a career in tourism as a group leader for Tauck World Discovery a frontrunner in the travel industry. Working predominantly on the African continent leading safaris in Tanzania and South Africa for the last 7 years Chris has developed long term relationships with friends and co workers in both countries. It is through these relationships that a need for clean drinking water on the continent was recognized. 80% of illness and 1 out of 5 deaths to kids under 5 in developing countries is linked to poor water. When his trusted and lifelong friend, Dan Konstanty, brought Aquavolve to his attention it was a match made in heaven.

“King” Joe Oke
Managing Director for Aquavolve Nigeria, LTD
Dan Konstanty had the good fortune of meeting “King” Joe on his first trip to Nigeria in 2015. Since then, thanks to his acute business acumen, great character, and alignment with Aquavolve’s mission; he now holds an ownership position and is the Managing Director of Aquavolve Nigeria, LTD.
“King” Joe is a globally renowned Nollywood actor and producer, also managing Nexxus3 Studios and a television production company broadcasting to more than 100 countries worldwide. He is known most notably for his roles in I Swear 2, Naomi, Government House, and Alice My First Lady among a slew of others.
Joseph Chidi Okechukwu was born in Enugu in the South Eastern part of Nigeria. He followed primary and secondary education in Nigeria and studied International Leadership at a university in Ghana. He also studied at New York Film Academy/AIU, has lived in Washington, DC, and Burbank, CA before returning to Lagos. Aquavolve is proud to have Joe as such an integral part of our global team.
Scott Gareiss is technical advisor for Aquavolve. He is currently the Vice President of R&D and Business Development for Avalign Technologies, a medical device contract manufacturer, where he leads the creative development of new technical and business solutions for Avalign and it’s customers. Prior to his current position, he served is various management and product development roles during his 15+ year engineering career with Symmetry Medical, Medtronic, and Zimmer. Mr. Gareiss has been awarded several patents for orthopedic implants and instruments and has several more applications pending. Mr. Gareiss served as an officer in the United States Army following his engineering education at Rose Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. He also earned his MBA from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Mr. Gareiss also enjoys a personal connection to Africa through his support of Rain Forest International School in Cameroon.
Ben Skyles Jr.
Ben Skyles Jr. and Dan Konstanty have been working together since 2002, and have managed each other in that time while building a trusted relationship. Dan has routinely said of Ben that he is one of the most well networked professionals in a geography where having a strong network is paramount to success. In the vernacular of author Malcolm Gladwell, Ben is a connector, and one of the best in the business due to his great abilities and character. Mr. Skyles is a highly regarded and recognized business leader, and established ProSource360 Consulting Services to provide a wide range of services primarily focused on the government health sector. Ben’s most compelling strength to Aquavolve is his ability to connect and cement the Washington, D.C. relationships necessary to promote international and domestic growth.
Mr. Skyles has over 20 years of healthcare industry experience as well as 5+ years focused specifically on providing healthcare IT solutions and professional services to his clients. During this tenure in the corporate world he has developed extensive experience in business development and personnel development in addition to a unique ability to develop trusted relationships. Other traits that Mr. Skyles brings to Aquavolve are his passionate leadership style, strong strategic planning capabilities, dynamic and energetic presentation skills and messaging as well as established project management knowledge and experience.
Over the years, Mr. Skyles and his teams have delivered a variety of value-added products and services in the area of resource management solutions to a large number of commercial and government agencies to include: DoD, Veteran’s Administration, National Institutes of Health, Johns Hopkins Health System and MedStar Health to name a few. Mr. Skyles has developed over the years a very strong business network within both the public and private sectors.
Mr. Skyles is a graduate of Morehouse College, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He is a talented professional who has helped several organizations to over-achieve financial and operational performance goals. His competence, compassion, ethics and client-centric approach has earned him consistent recognition as an emerging business leader year after year.
Dr. Isaac Mensah
Chief Financial Officer
For the last 40 years, Dr. Isaac Mensah has demonstrated his expertise in the realm of corporate finance, strategic planning, accounting and financial controls, healthcare economics, reimbursement and general management. He has served as a corporate controller, division controller, division director, CFO, board member, and president/CEO for Fortune 100 Healthcare Organizations during those companies eras of record success.
Dr. Mensah is a CPA in Illinois, a Member of AICPA, graduated Cum Laude from the University of Illinois while earning his Bachelor of Science Degree, and earned his M.B.A. from DePaul University. A native of Ghana, Dr. Mensah jumped at the chance to join the Aquavolve team to help his fellow countrymen with their water and power challenges.

James E. Konstanty

It is with great sadness that the Aquavolve community and the Konstanty family mourn the loss of James E. Konstanty. He will be dearly missed.
The Konstanty Law Offices in Oneonta, NY will remain the office of record for any legal work pending future announcements.
Jim Konstanty has been practicing law in Oneonta, NY since 1969 and is a highly respected pillar of the public and legal community. In addition to his private practice, Jim has served as an Assistant D.A. for Otsego County, the Town Attorney for both Oneonta and Davenport, and for 19 years was a fixture as the Otsego County Attorney. He is a member of the Association of American Trial Lawyers, the New York State Trial Lawyers Trial Courts and Bar Associations, the American Bar and Arbitration Associations, the Federal Trial and Appeals Courts, and the U.S. Tax Court. Representative clients include Carlisle Syntec Systems nationwide manufacturer of polymner roofing systems; Medical Coaches, Inc international manufacturer of mobile medical units for MRI, Lipotripsy and similar systems; Trident Insurance Company, defense carrier; Chicago Title Insurance Company; State Senator James Seward; Otsego County Chamber of Commerce; Wilber and Clark Enterprises, Inc. real estate development company among others. Mr. Konstanty has also served the community as a member of the Salvation Army Board, a Director and Coach of the Oneonta Soccer Club, and a Little League coach for 5 years. Jim’s son Dan worked in the Konstanty Law Offices through High School and College, where he gained an immeasurable education in all facets of business and law.
Jim Konstanty earned his B.A. from Cornell University in Economics and then his Juris Doctorate from the University of Syracuse School of Law.
