In another historic first for Aquavolve, LLC, the first service call was placed on Friday evening from Mazama Coffee in Dripping Springs, Texas at roughly 9 pm Central.  By 8:30 am on Saturday morning, Aquavolve Service Technician Angel Bermudez was on site and started to perform diagnostics.  Aided by Aquavolve’s Southern Sales Manager, Colonel Brice Barnes, Angel got the Nerios back up and running by 2:30 pm Central.  It actually took longer to get a group Google video call established between Boston, Texas, and France than it did to figure out that there was a faulty power inverter outlet to blame for the power issues.  Once powered up again, the Nerios was in perfect shape and continued to cool the humidity in the air to the dew point to create potable, delicious water.
